Since 2022, PPA Real Estate Advisors has been supporting the Comédie-Française in its artistic creation, dissemination, and transmission activities, thus contributing to the national and international influence of France's premier theater.

The Comédie-Française is a place of excellence that works daily for artistic creation, the dissemination of shows to the widest audience, the transmission of know-how, and the preservation of heritage. Founded by Louis XIV in 1680, the 'House of Molière' and its exceptional troupe excel in both classical and contemporary repertoire with high artistic standards.

 

The Comédie-Française continues to surprise and establish itself as a prolific and creative 'show factory.' It bases its uniqueness, sustainability, and vitality on three pillars:

• The Troupe, members and associates have succeeded each other since Molière's companions, involving themselves daily in the life of the theater they lead.

• The Repertoire (over 3,000 works), enriched each year with new theatrical writings.

• The Alternation of shows, a practice that only the Comédie-Française has maintained in France, with up to 5 different plays each week at the Salle Richelieu."
